Level and alignment
Machines need to be trimmed in to make good parts and do settle over time. This also is imperative any time a machine is moved.
Spindle repair, replacement
Mill and lathe spindles wear out and get crashed. Lack of lubrication and just old age can kill them. I have many years experience in repair or replacing
Hydraulic pump and cylinder repair
Seals and pumps see extremes in heat and long periods of continuous use. Oils and filters need replacement on a regular basis. I can take care of this for you.
DRO’s and scales
Digital readouts (DRO’S} and scales add a level of precision to older machines and are a great addition for productivity. I’ve installed many different machines.

Shear blades get dull, I do a lot of OEM jobs servicing blade changes, repairs, gaping, back gauges and conveyors.
Turcite repair and way scrapping
Turcite is the wear surface for most machine tools. It detaches and wears to the point it changes geometry of a machine. I’ve scrapped Turcite, cast iron, phenolic, moglice and bronze.
Fabrication
Whatever you come up with it can be built. With a full machine and fab shop, if we can draw it we can make it.
